Brandwatch is a digital consumer intelligence company. Our suite of tools help customers to make sense of online data including social media mentions, news, articles, forums, blogs, reviews and even survey data. While our key products focus on social media, recent additions to our product suite continue to help clients make data-driven decisions by introducing new online data sets into the mix.
I am a customer success manager at Brandwatch and my role consists of growing and retaining clients in the region. While in short, that is what the CS function is about, I am also a cheerleader to my clients getting them to learn and adopt Brandwatch products, a planner in making sure they hit project milestones, negotiator when it comes to the commercials and lastly a captain of the ship in pooling together resources internally or externally to get the job done.
Coming from a qualitative research background, I was drawn to Brandwatch as a best in breed social listening tool. It was interesting to me that with technology you could essentially get insights from an audience similar to how you'd do it using traditional focus groups but within hours or minutes of adding some keywords to your search.
I am interested to connect with anyone in the tech space or in Customer Success. It would be great to share ideas and learn from other individuals in the community. As for anyone interested in Brandwatch, we work with clients from a range of backgrounds from government agencies to make-up brands. Anyone and everyone that has an online presence could use some digital consumer insights.
